If a licence number, licensee name or licence status on this site does not match the Gambling Commission's public register, tell us and we will correct it within one working day of confirming the discrepancy. Please include the page URL and, if you can, a link to or screenshot of the register entry you are comparing it against, since that lets us fix the record without a back-and-forth to establish which figure is right.

The same applies to bonus terms, minimum deposits and withdrawal windows: these change on the operator's side without warning, and a reader flagging a mismatch is often how we catch it before our next scheduled check. We would rather hear about a stale figure from a reader than leave it live for longer than necessary.

Operators: we do not accept payment for a review, a score, or a position in the table, and no commercial relationship changes a published score. We do accept corrections to factual data such as licence details, published terms and payment methods, and we will publish an amendment note on the page where a figure changes materially as a result.
